Define a main language for your promotion and add as many secondary languages as you wish. This will enable each contest participant to view the promotion in his or her own language, thus improving the user experience for all participants. The platform admits the following languages: Arabic, Azeri, Bosnian, Basque, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), Croatian, Catalan, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (UK), English (US), Finnish, French, German, Greek, Galician, Hebrew, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Indonesian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Russian, Slovenian, Slovakian, Spanish, Spanish (Spain), Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese.
You can translate every detail of the promotion. From the text of the promotion, to the terms and conditions, the descriptions, the texts of the buttons, the messages for social media sharing, the automated emails, as well as any image uploaded in the contest.
For each language you’ll have a comprehensive editing tool which will enable you to translate all text and images within the promotion. For greater convenience, the editing tool will display the texts in the selected main language and the language to translate to, and you’ll be able to navigate between the different pages, see any pending translations and check all the texts prior to publication.
Filter the participants in the promotion according to the language with which they have submitted their. This will enable you to create a list of participants segmented by languages, offering greater insight in the final statistics and results of the promotion.
Program the sending of emails segmented by language to the participants in the promotion via the Emails platform. This will ensure that each participant receives communications that are personalized in their own language.
The promotion is shown automatically according to the language of the participant's web browser, providing the most personalized experience to each participant.
Users whose browser is a language that you have not translated, will see the promotion in the default language you have configured for the promotion so that all the content will be displayed to them in the language of your choice.
With the multi-lingual tool you can reach users in different languages at the same time and only manage one promotion. That was the most important issue for CEC – Commission for Environmental Cooperation.
