Import users in any format
Import a list of participants from an Excel, CSV or Text file - or simply copy and paste a list of names to pick the winner randomly.

Manage duplicates and extra entries
In case of duplicate entries in the list of participants, you can choose whether to skip duplicate entries, or reward repeat participants with extra prize draw entries.

Reliable and transparent giveaways
With the Easypromos Pick-a-winner app, you can carry out giveaways reliably and transparently. Manage participant exclusions and not-allowed lists and run a test before selecting the final winners. -
Choose the number of winners and alternates
Select as many winners as you want (up to 1000). You can also substitute winners with alternates in case of ineligibility or if a winner cannot be contacted.

Certificate of validity
After the random prize draw, a certificate will be generated by the Easypromos platform, stating the date and time of the draw and the names of the winners and alternates. The certificate features a unique URL that cannot be modified or deleted to ensure the reliability and transparency of the winner selection.

Show Mode
Get a video of the giveaway outcome to share on social media and your online channels, giving your post a wider reach and creating excitement among your community. The video features its own URL, and so does the Winners Page. The show mode video can display the names of up to eight winners.

Contact the winners
If you have imported the participants' emails, you can use the platform's email system to notify the winners. Additionally, you can enable the 'Claim Your Prize' module, which will allow you to obtain additional registration data from the winners to streamline the prize delivery process.
