Easypromos White Label promotions: How they work and the advantages they offer
There are three different versions of Easypromos: Basic, Premium and White Label. All versions enable you to create promotions and contests on Facebook pages and offer the best way of increasing your number of fans. Each version has its own characteristics – click here to download a chart comparing features – and the promotion administrator can choose which one he or she wants to use to create the promotion at any time.

Easypromos Basic is perfect for administrators who want to try Easypromos for the first time.The Premium version offers many more features than the Basic version and it is designed to provide effective management of contests. The White Label version has all the power of Easypromos Premium and is also ideal for those pages that wish to create a competition or sweepstakes with the maximum level of graphic customization in order to promote their brand. In summary, the main advantages of the White Label promotion are:
- Customization of the promotion with the company’s brand.
- Access to complete statistics relating to the use of, and visits to, the promotion.
- Complete control of the style and look & feel of the promotion.
In this article we are going to look in detail at each of the main characteristics that differentiate Easypromos White Label from the other versions.
1.-Customize the tab icon in the page menu
With the White Label version it is possible to customise the 16x16px icon that represents thetab or application on the left hand menu of the Facebook page (Figure 1). This feature is useful because it allows you to customize the icon based on the promotion image or following the design of the page. This icon is not customizable in the Premium and Basic versions, in which it comes in the respective blue or yellow Easypromos logo.
This icon also appears when the promotion is shared on the wall, and it indicates which application the post was created with (Figure 2).

2.-Customize the name and image of the application
All Facebook applications have a name, and this is what Facebook uses to create automatic viral messages about the use of the application, as well as being the name that a user sees when accepting the application permissions. In the Basic and Premium versions the name of the application is Easypromos and Easypromos Premium respectively. With the White Label version you can choose whatever name you like for the application. You can also customize the75x75px image that represents the application.
Here are some of the points at which the name or image of the application appear:
- When the promotion is posted on the wall (Figure 2 – Name app)
- When an invitation is sent to a friend (Figure 3 – Name app and image)
- When the permissions are accepted (Figure 4 – Name app and image)
- In automatic Facebook posts for use of an application (Figure 5 – Name app)

3.-No reference to Easypromos in the promotion
The White label promotions utilize all the power of Easypromos without making any reference to Easypromos. As can be seen in Figure 6, Easypromos Basic and Easypromos Premium include a short text which indicates that the promotion was created with Easypromos. In the White Label promotions no reference to Easypromos is visible.

4.- Set up your own Google Analytics code or another system ofstatistics.
With the White Label solution it is very easy to analyse the results of the promotion because farmore statistics can be obtained in comparison with Easypromos Premium or Easypromos Basic.
The main advantage is that when creating a White Label promotion it is possible to assign a Google Analytics code. This means that all available Google Analytics statistics can be obtained for the promotion. These include: number of visits, number of unique visitors, number of page views – filtered by time and date, most-viewed content, visitors’ information, traffic-source and references information.
If you do not want to use Google Analytics and prefer to make use of another web-trafficanalysis system, it will also be possible to incorporate it into your White Label promotion.

5.- Access to the application’s statistics of use and usersegmentation through Facebook Insights
If Google Analytics enables you to obtain detailed information about the traffic generated by thepromotion, Facebook Insights allows you to complete the results report from the information collected by Facebook’s own statistics system. Here is some of the information that can be accessed:
- Statistics of active users.
- Demographic and geographic information about active users.
- Statistics of the content published or shared through the application.
- Statistics of invitations sent, including the acceptance rate.
- Percentage of the application permissions accepted/rejected.
- Application performance statistics.

6.-Full customization of the CSS styles
Easypromos White Label allows you to completely modify the CSS styles of a promotion. In this way you can create a contest or prize draw with a style and a look & feel that is different to Easypromos, thus maximising the potential of the graphics and aesthetics of the brand.

7.-Preview system and testing all the features of the promotion
One of the main advantages of the White Label promotions is that before publishing it and allowing followers of a page to enter, the promo administrator can preview every screen that the users will see. In this way it is very easy to modify and customize the CSS since the administrator will have access to a total preview environment.
In addition to the complete preview of the screens, the White Label promotions can be tested in a real environment. That means you can participate in the promotion before publishing it on the Facebook page. This system is ideal for demonstrating to a client how a promotion will work without needing to publish it on the page itself.

8.-Multipage publication system
The multipage publication system of the White Label version enables the same promotion to be visible through two tabs on two different Facebook pages. Although the promotion is published on two different pages, all the information about the registered users will be stored in the same centralized database so that management of registered users is centralized.
This system is ideal for creating cross-promotions between two brands or carrying out contests organized between different Facebook pages. This system perfectly complements the “become a fan of multiple pages” feature (also available in the Premium version) that allows you to define which pages the user must become a fan of in order to be able to take part in the promotion.
9.-Annual licences for creating unlimited promotions
Easypromos White Label is sold via users licences. The most popular user licence is theannual licence, which allows a Facebook page administrator to create unlimited promotionson the page during a whole year. This licence is the most convenient solution if you want toorganize numerous promotions or contests on a page, and want to minimize the time spent onadministration, registration and payment. Also, if you want to carry out more than five WhiteLabel promotions on a page, this is the most profitable and economical solution.
