With the Mention + Hashtag contest app, you can track and import photos and videos that users publish on Instagram or Twitter to your contest, as long as they have a public profile, mention the brand and use the campaign hashtag in the description of the post. You will have a gallery with content from the participants and you can enable voting, carry out a final prize draw among all the participants, or have a jury review the entries and decide on the winner. However, from Facebook, it's not possible to track content that users publish on their private profile. If you wish to allow participation from Facebook, you should enable the entry form in the contest.
