Frequently asked questions

  • Can I pay for a single promotion?

    We do not offer a special price for a single promotion. Our plans are monthly or yearly, and they allow you to activate and manage unlimited promotions as long as your subscription is active.

     

    There is no commitment to stay subscribed. This means that if you only need to run a short-term promotion (for example, one week), you can sign up for a monthly plan and cancel it once the promotion ends.

  • There is no commitment period. All plans can be purchased for just one month and can be canceled at any time. If the monthly plan is not canceled, it automatically renews after 30 days. An automatic reminder email is sent 5 days before the renewal. Annual plans also have no commitment period, and an automatic reminder email is sent 1 month before the renewal date.

     

    Only Corporate plans have a mandatory 1-year commitment.

     

    If you want to run a single promotion, you can purchase a plan for the duration of the promotion. For example, if you want to run a 3-week contest, you can purchase a plan for one month and cancel it immediately afterward.

     

  •  

    Promotions can last as long as you want. You must have an active plan to keep the promotion running.

  • The payment should be done when activating the promotion. This means that you can create and set up the promotion in draft mode without having an active plan or paying for the promotion. 

    When you activate the promotion, the system will ask you to either purchase a plan.

  • You can pay for your promotions via credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) or PayPal. 

    We only accept payment via bank transfer for annual plans or White Label promotions. For these cases, please contact us at admin@easypromosapp.com.

  • The system automatically generates an invoice when you make a payment. You can download the invoices from the control panel of your account.

  • We evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to discuss a refund, please reach out to us by email to admin@easypromosapp.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

  • If the limit is exceeded, users can still participate but, the winners and participants functionalities will be blocked in the administrator's control panel. The administrator can upgrade the plan to unblock these features. For promotions with over 50,000 participants, the organizer should contact our sales team. More information.

  • To change the data of an already generated invoice or change the credit card that is associated with the payment of a plan, please contact us at admin@easypromosapp.com. You can edit the billing information for future invoices from your account settings.
