Integration with your user identification system
Allow your users to access promotions with the same credentials they use in your system. Easypromos offers three integration methods: Autologin API, OpenID Connect (SSO), or validation via web service. This way, only users registered in your database will be able to access the campaigns: app or internal portal users, CRM contacts, intranet members, suppliers, or employees.

Integration with user segments
Easypromos can work with the same user groups you already manage in your system, allowing you to offer different experiences depending on the segment you want to target. For example, you can make specific games available to junior users or restrict access to exclusive promotions for paying subscribers.

Displaying promotions on websites or apps
Easypromos promotions can be displayed directly inside your own website or application, fully adapted to your brand identity. Integration is flexible and can be achieved through widgets, pop-ups, custom domains, or, in the case of mobile apps, through webviews. These customization options provide users with a seamless experience, without ever noticing access to an external platform.

Automated data extraction
All participation data, users, interactions, and prizes can be automatically sent to the tools you already use in your company. Easypromos offers different integration options: from native integrations such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, and many more, to Webhooks, REST API, or connectors like Zapier or Make.com. Custom integrations to cover specific cases are also available.

Real-time code validation
In promotions where users enter a code to participate, Easypromos can instantly verify whether the code is valid by connecting directly to your database, allowing real-time validation of single-use codes, receipts, or invoices to allow participation.

Integration with loyalty systems
Easypromos can connect directly to your loyalty program to add promotional activities and games that drive user participation. The integration ensures total, two-way synchronization of points: users can earn points by completing games or surveys, use them to access exclusive promotions or redeem prizes, and points generated on your website or app are automatically transferred to Easypromos. Both systems remain fully synchronized at all times.

Other advanced integrations
The flexible architecture of Easypromos, along with its REST API and Webhook system, makes it possible to cover advanced use cases beyond standard integrations. The platform can function as a complete backend for promotion management: code validation, prize allocation, fraud control, scalability, concurrency, notifications, and prize delivery, without the need to use the Easypromos frontend.
