Validate Receipts main features

  • Automate receipt validation with OCR

    Activate the Optical Character Recognition system to scan and validate receipts in real-time, without the need for manual interference. Tickets are validated based on the requirements and rules previously established by the campaign organizer. Available in White Label and Corporate versions. More information.

  • Manually validate purchase receipts before offering an incentive

    Use a designated tool to view and validate the tickets one by one. You can check all uploaded receipts to confirm if they comply with your requirements, and reject those that don’t meet the needs of your promotion. You can then run a prize draw for the participants with valid receipts or send them discount coupons by mail.

  • Upload tickets directly from mobile devices

    The participant must upload a purchase receipt in order to register for your promotion. The application allows users to upload images or take pictures of their receipts directly on mobile devices. If they don’t upload a receipt, they won’t be able to participate in your promotion.

  • Unique code validation

    Since most receipts include some sort of numbering system, you can choose to enable the option of validating the number on the receipt and compare it with a list of valid codes. For instance, in the case of purchase receipts from the same store, you can validate the receipts based on their simplified invoice number. This is possible thanks to the OCR system available in White Label and Corporate plans.

You can personalize the text and for example, add contact information (like your email address) in case the users run into problems when uploading their tickets. Once you configure and activate your promotion, the application will validate the receipt (if you activate the OCR system), register users with valid tickets, and automatically assign prizes distributed by a prize wheel, direct prize, or winning moments.
