Receipt Validation App

Enable the OCR system (Optical Character Recognition) so the app reads the receipt and validates it automatically in real time. Receipts are accepted based on the rules and character strings you define beforehand. More information.

The participant must upload a purchase receipt in order to register for your promotion. The application allows users to upload images or take pictures of their receipts directly on mobile devices. If they don’t upload a receipt, they won’t be able to participate in your promotion.

The Validate Receipts application was designed to work automatically and efficiently, with minimum supervision from the administrator. Once you configure and activate your promotion, the application will validate the receipt (if you activate the OCR system), register users with valid receipts, and automatically assign prizes distributed by a prize wheel, direct prize, or instant win.

Since most receipts include some sort of numbering system, you can choose to enable the option of validating the number on the receipt and compare it with a list of valid codes. For instance, in the case of purchase receipts from the same store, you can validate the receipts based on their simplified invoice number.

The receipt validation app allows you to display general instructions for users uploading their receipts. You can personalize the text and for example, add contact information (like your email address) in case the users run into problems when uploading their receipts.
