The loyalty program software lets you retain customers and foster their loyalty by means of a giveaway, promotional codes and exclusive offers while converting them from offline customers into followers of your online channels and new members of your database. The Redeem Codes loyalty app allows you to upload all the codes you want to distribute at the point of sale. Participants access the promotion by introducing their code, which is then automatically validated by the app. The application includes the giveaway tool to select winners and alternate winners in an automatic, random, and transparent way. You can also assign prizes by random draw, instant wins, winning codes, through branded prize wheel, etc.

  • Choose the code validation method

    Preload all the codes that are to be validated by the application. The users enter the code as they register for the promotion and the application will verify them automatically.

  • Upload up to 2 million codes

    The system is prepared to support a large volume of codes, up to a maximum of 2 million. To do this, you can create a codeset, which will allow you to upload all the codes in batches of 20,000. In addition, you will have tools to easily manage the codes while the promotion is active (functions to search, filter, arrange and delete the codes).

  • Single-use codes

    Activate this option to ensure the system checks that the values entered have not already been registered by another user.

  • Award users directly with Winning codes

Frequently asked questions

Can I upload the codes that the system has to validate?

Yes, the best practice for the Redeem Codes app is to upload your own codes from a CSV file. The system supports upload of unique codes in batches of 50,000.

Is there a limit to the total number of codes that can be redeemed?

Yes, the maximum number of codes that the system can redeem per promotion is 2 million.

What format can the codes to be redeemed have?

Any combination of number and letters, uppercase and lowercase, and also any type of symbol is accepted.

Can I mark codes that have already been used as invalid?

Yes, the system includes the option of one-time use codes. With this option checked, the system will not allow registration of a code that has been redeemed previously.

Is it possible to redeem codes from an external database through an API?

This option is currently not available in Easypromos. The client needs to upload the codes to be redeemed to the platform. There is also the option of not uploading the codes, and redeeming them with a regular expression.

Can I assign direct prizes to some codes?

Yes. This mechanic is called Winning Codes: the organizer uploads the codes that the users are going to redeem, and will assign a prize to some of these codes. When the users register and enter the winning code, they will see the prize directly on the screen and receive it on email as well.

Can I run a prize draw among all the users and give additional entries for each code they've entered?

Yes, and it's a good practice to encourage purchase; for each product you buy, you get a new code. By entering it in the promotion and redeeming the code, you get an additional entry in the final prize draw.

Can I combine code redemption with other promotional actions?

Yes. You can, for example, combine it with a prize wheel: you can spin the prize wheel every time you have a valid code. It's a fun way to encourage product purchase. Discover which types of exclusive promotions with code validation requirement you can run for your customers.

Can I use my own domain to redeem the codes?

Yes, in the most advanced version of Easypromos - White Label - you can create a microsite where the users need to register with a promotional code to opt for the prize. You can use your own domain for this microsite.

Can I let the users register for each new code they have to redeem?

Yes, you can set up the app so that the users can register more than once and redeem all the codes they have.
