Can I pay for a single promotion?
We do not offer a special price for a single promotion. Our plans are monthly or yearly, and they allow you to activate and manage unlimited promotions as long as your subscription is active.
There is no commitment to stay subscribed. This means that if you only need to run a short-term promotion (for example, one week), you can sign up for a monthly plan and cancel it once the promotion ends.

Is there any minimum commitment when purchasing a plan?
There is no commitment period. All plans can be purchased for just one month and can be canceled at any time. If the monthly plan is not canceled, it automatically renews after 30 days. An automatic reminder email is sent 5 days before the renewal. Annual plans also have no commitment period, and an automatic reminder email is sent 1 month before the renewal date.
Only Corporate plans have a mandatory 1-year commitment.
If you want to run a single promotion, you can purchase a plan for the duration of the promotion. For example, if you want to run a 3-week contest, you can purchase a plan for one month and cancel it immediately afterward.

When do I make the payment?
The payment should be done when activating the promotion. This means that you can create and set up the promotion in draft mode without having an active plan or paying for the promotion.
When you activate the promotion, the system will ask you to either purchase a plan.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). Bank transfers are available for annual plans only.

Can I request a refund for a payment?
Payments for validly purchased subscriptions are non-refundable if you fail to cancel your subscription on time or do not use the service, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. However, we review each case individually. You can contact us at admin@easypromosapp.com to submit your request.

Can I get an invoice for my payments?
The system automatically generates an invoice when you make a payment. You can download the invoices from the control panel of your account.

What happens if the promotion's participant limit is exceeded?
If the limit is exceeded, users can still participate but, the winners and participants functionalities will be blocked in the administrator's control panel. The administrator can upgrade the plan to unblock these features. For promotions with over 50,000 participants, the organizer should contact our sales team. More information.

How can I change the card linked to my subscription?
To update your payment method, log in to your account, go to the Plan section, and select Manage Plan.

How can I update the details on an invoice that has already been issued?
To request changes to an invoice that has already been issued, email admin@easypromosapp.com, specifying the details you would like to change and attaching the original invoice.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?
The system will automatically retry the payment using your saved payment method over a period of five days. After each attempt, the account administrator will receive an email explaining the situation. If the payment is still unsuccessful after the third attempt, the subscription will be canceled and any active promotions will be moved to Expired status.
